Having an active lifestyle brought her to her regular practice of yoga and was drawn in by the amazing yoga community here in the Vail Valley. Andrea began her journey to teaching in 2011 after a training with Baron Baptiste and continues to train with and assist his programs. Her trainings with Baptiste Power Yoga took her to Malindi, Kenya for a Level Two program wth the Africa Yoga Project. Her involvement in this inspiring offering created a desire and need to incorporate Seva (service) into her teaching and life. Recently she has trained with Janet Stone and found a love for Bhakti Yoga. Finding a similarity in the different styles allows her to offer a different twist in her vinyasa classes where her students will find a grounding flow, with play and inquiry. When she is not teaching she will be found out on the trails with her two terriers or hanging out with her two teenage sons, laughing and generally being goofy![/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
