Join Lindsea for a full hour rooted in mindfulness, a vinyasa class designed around meditation. We will start by grounding the mind in the body while moving through a traditional vinyasa flow, slowly transitioning into a 30 minute guided meditation.
This class is designed for practitioners with a curiosity towards meditation and meditators looking to move their practice off the cushion. Genuinely open to all skill sets looking to integrate mediation with yoga.
