Yoga quickly became a vessel for balancing all aspects of his life. Nat attained an Integrative Vinyasa Yoga certificate in 2014 through the Colorado School of Yoga. When Nat is not teaching yoga, he is a Snowboard Instructor Educator and Functional Medicine Health Coach Student.
