Enjoy an evening with Kirstie by candlelight as she leads you through an intention setting, slow moving and restorative class, ending in yoga nidra. We will have some light breathwork and focus on nurturing our bodies as we move towards spring.
All are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely. Also please bring any additional props or things needed for support.
