Getting to the Heart of Health
To celebrate Heart Health Month we want to help you get after what’s good for your heart. This one-day package gives you the opportunity to work with cardio coach Ellen Miller and learn about your heart and endurance. We’ve incorporated elements to rest your heart and relieve stress, as well as a brand new heart rate monitor to help you maintain heart health. This is open to Vail Vitality Center Members and Non- members.
- Private outdoor coaching session with Ellen Miller
- One (1) heart rate monitor by Polar (and instruction from Ellen Miller)
- One (1), 50-minute Magnesium Wellness massage
- One (1) private yoga session
- One (1) additional day pass for the Vail Vitality Center*

*Full use of the Vail Vitality Center for the day includes hot tubs, sauna and steam room, as well as scheduled classes.
Magnesium Wellness massage: Magnesium promotes healthy muscle and nerve function, energy and sleep levels, and an overall well-being. Magnesium is best absorbed through the skin directly into the cells to supply deficient levels. Our magnesium is in its purest form from the Zechstein Seabed.
We created these packages for members so they could take advantage of offerings they might not normally try. Also for those non-members who would like to test out the Vail Vitality Center and it’s programs and become life-long members.
