Always looking to the heart for guidance and direction, Kirstie practices and teaches through love and self awareness. She believes that the practice of yoga should be nurturing for you, allowing you to feel rooted in your intention and self love, yet also be playful for the spirit and body.

Kirstie fell in love with yoga in 2015 and took her 200hr YTT with Karen Anderson at VAC in Vail in 2017. She teaches vinyasa, restorative & yin, yoga nidra & meditation. She’s been in the valley for 11 years now & loves all things outdoors!
