Dr Ben Stone: Benjamin Stone is the founder of Sigma Human Performance, a company invested in establishing the most direct routes possible for anyone seeking an improvement in physical performance, vitality, and preventive wellness. Dr Penny Wilson PhD, RDN, CSSD, LD;  Penny Wilson is a certified Dietitian/Nutritionist. She helps people who are tired of not feeling healthy and she focuses on getting her clients to feel great through targeted nutrition. She works together with client to identify the underlying issues of those feelings and supports the body’s natural healing processes.

Julia Clarke:  Julia Clarke is Vail’s only Certified Maharishi Ayurveda Wellness Consultant RYT 500.  She is also the Yoga director for the Vail Vitality Center. Julia’s creative and passionate teaching weaves her deep connection with nature and her love of Ayurveda through dynamic and powerful Vinyasa Flow, contemplative Yin Yoga and thoughtful Restorative Yoga. In addition to being a RYT 500 yoga teacher and Maharishi Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant, she’s and avid hiker and writer whose winding path has brought her from Scotland to Vail, CO with more than a few twists and turns along the way so she offers a natural sense of ease in surfing the waves of life, and meets students best in the realm of empowering transformation.
