Beginning March 19, certified Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant Julia Clarke leads her signature 30-Day Ayurvedic Detox program at the Vail Vitality Center, designed to reawaken the body’s natural power to heal and experience true vitality. Ayurveda, the ancient tradition of self-care, offers a refreshingly simple philosophy for cultivating individual health making it the ideal celebration of springtime in the Vail Valley.
The program is very supportive, offering weekly group meetings and a manual with information on Ayurveda and recipes.

The 30-Day Ayurvedic Detox program includes delicious recipes, informative lectures, individual body comp analysis, guided meditation and yoga and cardio classes.
