The professionals and coaches at the Vail Vitality Center are serious about heart health and eager to help you achieve your fitness goals. Getting to the Heart of Health Day Package
This one day package gives you the opportunity to train side-by-side and learn about heart health with our outdoor cardio coach, Ellen Miller. Then let yourself relax and recuperate at our beautiful Day Spa. This single day package includes:
- Private outdoor endurance coaching session with Ellen Miller
- One Polar heart rate monitor (with instructions by Ellen)
- One 50-min Magnesium Wellness massage
- One private yoga session
- One additional day pass to the Vail Vitality Center

Go Easy on the Heart a Heart Package
We invite you to take it easy on your heart this February at the Vail Vitality Center. This one-day package is filled with rest and relaxation- the perfect break from the stress a normal day can bring on the heart. Spend a day with us experiencing:
- One guided mediation session
- One private yoga session
- A 50 min Classical Massage
- Your choice of one essential oil from Floracopeia
Pricing: $360
Two-Day Heart Health Experience:
This two-day package is the ultimate kick-starter for your fitness goals. Take the guess work out of your workouts and let our professionals design a personalized workout and nutrition plan for you based on a metabolic test. Included in our Two-Day Health Health Experience is:
- Two metabolic tests (includes one initial test and one month-later followup)
- A personalized workout plan developed by our fitness professionals
- A one month nutrition plan prescribed by the Vail Vitality Center’s dietitian
- One Chiropractic session with our resident chiropractor
- One session in Vail’s only hyperbaric chamber
Pricing: $895
All packages are available to Vail Vitality Center members and non-members.
