Hey, all you cyclists!

Hope your winter was incredible. It’s time to get back on your bikes, and I can help get you ready!

Working with power has proven to be an amazing experience for everyone who has been riding with me this winter. Many riders have seen improvements in the FTP (functional threshold power). But most gains are noticeable when you spend a little more time at higher intensities.

Power improvement is about performance, losing weight (if that’s a goal) and enhancing the amount of time you spend turning the pedals. No matter your goals!

In this final winter session, we’ll prepare for outdoor riding by spending a little more time at a threshold for longer intervals, and do shorter intervals above it. You might even call this training period the “icing on the cake”! It will most definitely help you get ready for the steep climbs around us, both on the pavement and single track.

Of course, you can always go at your own pace and gradually build your cycling endurance back up.

We are also providing the opportunity to any rider to participate in the Optimum Wellness Package.
